Recipe: Guacamole for the little

I have never met a little that didn’t love avocado. Avocados are rich in vitamins A,C, & E, and full of potassium and antioxidants. A nice twist on feeding your child a plain avocado is making “The Little’s Guac”.

We have two recipes for this, one for babies and one for children over one year old.

“Baby’s Guac”:

  • one ripe avocado, mashed
  • one quarter tomato, diced small
  • breastmilk/formula {around 1/2 ounce}
  • Mix these ingredients together and serve.

“The Little’s Guac”

  • one ripe avocado, mashed
  • half of a tomato, diced
  • one quarter of a lime, squeezed
  • Mix together and serve.
