A warm meal for a tummy ache

We are serving up a great recipe for you to make for when your child has a tummy ache. Our special ingredient is fresh ginger. Ginger is a natural remedy that is used to treat digestive issues, inflammation, stomach aches, nausea and vomiting.

What you will need :: one chicken breast (chopped into very small cubes), one cup rice (type is up to you, we recommend brown), one carrot finely chopped, one cup chicken stock (organic preferred), one zucchini finely chopped, one tomato finely chopped, one small-to-medium sized piece of fresh ginger,  one tablespoon olive oil

How to prepare the ginger :: use a vegetable peeler to remove the skin. Use a sharp knife to cut the ginger into small slices, going with the grain.

Directions:

~ Heat olive oil on medium in non-stick pan
~ Add ginger, carrot and zucchini and cook for two minutes
~ Add chicken and cook until browned on medium+ heat
~ Add tomato and rice, stir well
~ Add chicken stock, cover pan, and simmer until the stock has been absorbed and the ingredients are nice and moist
